Executive Chairman of the Board and CEO

David was most recently named as CEO at InContext, after serving as Chairman of the board of directors since 2017. He also serves as Chairman and CEO of DBR & Associates, an independent consulting/advisory Firm, focusing on C-Suite Agenda topics such as Big Data Analytics, “Big Marketing,” and the associated transformation of the IT function.

Marcy is a highly-regarded expert in marketing, alliances and operations including growth strategies, corporate development, people matters, key account management and business planning. She has previously served as Exec-in-Residence for multiple Portfolio companies, including DemandBridge, and has extensive experience at marketing agencies, Big 6 accounting & consulting firms and the franchising industry vertical.

Chief Data Officer, Managing Director, AI, Board Member and Co-Founder

Rich pioneered efforts to bring virtual reality to retail store simulations as early as 2007. He co-founded InContext in 2009, and has over 20 years of market research experience, converting quantitative data to consumer insights for major research brands.

He previously served as CFO of DemandBridge and has worked with various portfolio companies over the past decade.

Chief Revenue Officer

Gretchen joined InContext in 2016 and brings 17 years of CPG and consulting experience to the commercial team as the leader of the client development, client service, insights and operations teams. She’s focused on developing a deep understanding of client needs in order to optimize the application of InContext’s virtual reality-enabled solutions for strategic planning, insights gathering and collaboration.

Kaye has an extensive background working with several of the world’s largest CPG companies and brands. She is a proven market research practitioner whose proprietary processes for “Category Reinvention” and “Shopper Journeys” are widely known.

Lucas Blair
Lucas Blair

Chief Technology Officer

Lucas has over 15 years of experience as a leader within the design and technology sector, with previous roles as CTO of The Five Network and Director of Technology Innovation at RTI. He was also the founder and design principle at Little Bird Games. Blair has a PhD in Modeling and Simulation from University of Central Florida with a focus on Human Systems. He also has a Master’s degree in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.

Sheila has an extensive background in Software, Services and Partnership Sales having worked for JDA, IRI (now known as Circana), Nielsen and IMS Health. She is also known for her work in Category Management, Shopper Insights, Virtual Research and Immersive Labs with companies like P&G, PepsiCo, Unilever, Nestle Purina, Kroger, Mars, Target, Reckitt-Benckiser, Kellogg’s, Anheuser-Busch, and Coca-Cola.

Erin has more than a decade of consumer-centric product leadership experience, previously specializing in digital transformation and product development at NielsenIQ for Fortune 500 clients. Feeney holds a BA in eMarketing from Ashford University Forbes School of Business and Technology, is a certified Scrum Master from The Scrum Alliance and is certified in Innovation and Strategy from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
